Thai Yoga Massage, or Nuad Boran (which means “Sacred Touch”), is an ancient healing art from Thailand. It is a practice that transcends technique and becomes a meditative act of presence, compassion, and connection. It focuses on the work of energetic lines known as Shen lines.

Yoga is an ancient philosophical and practical tradition that emerged in the Indian subcontinent over two millennia ago. The word yoga derives from the Sanskrit root yuj, meaning “to join” or “to unite.” Traditionally, it refers to a state of inner integration.

Hatha Yoga, one of the most traditional  forms of Yoga, has its roots in ancient India. The word “Hatha” derives from Sanskrit, combining “ha” (sun) and “tha” (moon), representing the union of the opposing and complementary forces of the body and mind.

Kundalini Yoga is a contemplative and energetic discipline rooted in Tantric traditions, designed to awaken the latent spiritual potential known as Kundalini Shakti. Through breathwork, meditation, mantra, and subtle body practices, it cultivates the flow of pranic energy and supports the expansion of awareness toward self-realization.
