Through regular practice, Kundalini Yoga helps to:

What to expect in these classes?
Each session is carefully structured to guide you through a progressive experience of energy activation, consciousness expansion, and sound healing:

🌟 April 16 & 23 – Kundalini Yoga Fundamentals:
Kriyas and dynamic movements to release blockages and awaken energy, breathwork techniques (pranayama) to enhance focus and inner balance, meditation practices to calm the mind and connect with your higher self.

🎶 April 30 – Naad Yoga & Mantra Chanting:
This special session is dedicated to Naad Yoga, the Yoga of Sound. Rooted in the science of vibration, Naad Yoga uses sound frequencies, music, and mantra chanting to shift mental and emotional states, aligning your inner energy with a higher vibrational frequency.

Mantras act as a bridge between the conscious and the subconscious mind, helping to:
✔ Create deep mental clarity and emotional release
✔ Open the heart and cultivate inner harmony
✔ Elevate awareness through the power of sacred sound
