YOU ARE INFINITE

The connection between Yoga & Art

When we relate to the infinite, the infinite gives us all things, including the talent of an artist. Spiritual awakening encourages us not only to do good, but also to “see” beyond and develop our creative potential. At this level of consciousness, we have many missions that are presented to you as we develop consciousness, and one of them is the ability to create and explore your infinite creativity. As God, the Creator, we manifest His spark and realize that we are artists, creators of our reality and contributors to the Earth. Therefore, it is very important to be connected to art and music in order to practice and enjoy this virtue, because the more we explore creativity, the more it develops and we realize that there are no limits, creative expression is infinite. And when we create, we inspire other people and that's how the world is transformed.

The intersection between yoga and art offers us a space for the all-important creative expression and the search for a deeper meaning in life. They are interconnected in many ways, and the practice and principles of yoga often inspire and influence artistic expression in different ways, since the source of artistic creation is the same source to which yoga takes us, into ourselves, into our union with the divine, into our true identity.

Art is a discipline that aims to connect the individual to the whole, that aims to reveal the fact that there is a single reality.

In this way, yoga can be seen as an art, because both have similar goals: The art of discovering and expressing the beautiful in oneself, the art of self-realization and of recognizing oneself as an INFINITE BEING.

Art, like yoga, is sadhana (spiritual practice), a discipline that must be included in daily life, aimed at maturity and empowerment for self-knowledge. Its ultimate goal is moksha (liberation), it is the highest purpose of human life mentioned in the Vedas.
